FITSCO 'HEAT STAKING' MACHINE

The Fitsco 'Heat Staking' installation machine offers a solid and consistent installation of either 'Heatfit' or 'Multifit' inserts, by maintaining a pre-set termperature between ambient and 500ºC.

The machine ensures a cost effective, high performance solution every time; this machine can be used for installing both male and female inserts, from M1.6 through to M6 sizes and is available in two troat depths - 270mm and 370mm.

FITSCO 'FLEXFIT' MACHINE

The Fitsco 'Flexfit' installation machine is a spring-loaded pneumatic arm, which is highly flexible and manoeuvrable giving a rapid clean installation for high performance inserts.

The equipment can be expanded to incorporate inserts. The equipment can be expanded to incorporate three seperate arms on a single column - allowing fast installation of multi-sized inserts into a one moulding with each arm, having a dedicated insert size and pre-set installation torque.

The Fitsco Flexfit has almost a 1m working envelope allowing it to accomodate insert installation into most plastic moulded products.

FITSCO 'ARBOUR PRESS' MACHINE

The Fitsco 'Arbour Press' installation machine is designed for insertion of both the 'Pressfit' and 'Multifit' inserts.

The simple rack and pinion operation is virutally maintenence free and delivers solid and reliable installation of inserts.
